About Lydia
Lydia Varmazis is known for her expertise in accelerating private and public companies in the financial services, enterprise SaaS, and consumer technology sectors. As the founder of Lydia & Co., she serves as an advisor or interim/ fractional Chief Product Officer (CPO).
With over 20 years in product leadership, Lydia brings a unique perspective to her clients, successfully combining her hands-on operational experience with her extensive understanding of the strategic factors impacting businesses. As a result, she creates highly innovative, customer-centric products by balancing design, development, and business acumen.
With extensive knowledge and experience in Product, Engineering, and Design (PED), Lydia has held executive leadership positions at Checkr, PayPal, and Adobe, managing product portfolios with revenues from $240M — $2.4B in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Lydia holds a BS from Ryerson University, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and is certified in Corporate Governance from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
